Ms. Susan San Martin is Vice President/Executive Recruiter at The Repovich-Reynolds Group, a division of TRRG, Inc., a leading retained international executive search and management consulting firm specializing in the corporate communications, investor relations, and corporate brand marketing functional areas.  The firm is headquartered in Pasadena, California.

Ms. San Martin joined The Repovich-Reynolds Group in 2005.  As Vice President/Executive Recruiter, she manages mid- to senior-level searches across all industries.  She also is active in the Firm’s business development activities.  Her background includes more than 20 years of experience in the marketing and communications disciplines for the financial services, real estate, and energy industries.
Prior to joining The Repovich Reynolds Group, Ms. San Martin was Senior Vice President of Corporate Services and Director of Corporate Communications for RealEnergy, Inc., a start-up energy company based in Woodland Hills, Calif., which developed onsite power systems for commercial real estate properties. At RealEnergy, Ms. San Martin was responsible for developing corporate infrastructure and processes with a focus on the communications (external, internal, and investor), marketing, and human resources departments.  Previously, Ms. San Martin was a Senior Communications Manager for the California Power Exchange based in Pasadena, Calif., a state-mandated organization that ran the energy markets for California’s deregulated electricity industry.  She was also a Vice President with Everest Properties and Broker/Dealer Services Manager for Public Storage, Inc., both in Southern California.

A native of Brooklyn, New York, Ms. San Martin has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from Saint Joseph’s College in Brooklyn.
