Our intent as a firm is three-fold:

On behalf of our clients: we strive to enhance our clients' marketplace value through conducting "value proposition" search and management consulting assignments. We believe that our role is to serve our clients with candor, precise communications, and diligence and focus, all in an effort to provide the most highly effective counsel possible as a means to the end goal.

On behalf of our firm: we seek to influence and shape how our clients approach and think through their hiring practices; how professionals determine appropriate priorities in terms of navigating their careers; and, how the executive search industry overall interacts with and adds value to the forward momentum of corporations worldwide, as well as how the executive search industry defines its relationships with the candidate population.

On behalf of our employees: we work diligently to evolve a corporate culture within our firm where our employees can flourish using their superior judgment, intellect and innovative thinking in their approach to exceeding client expectations. Additionally, we work continuously to assure that our culture is inclusive of myriad perspectives, ideas and contributions such that successes are recognized and valued.

Vision
Simplicity in business remains today one of the most valid notions in all of corporate history. The simple premise upon which The Repovich-Reynolds Group was founded years ago continues to underscore our success today, as an executive search and management consulting firm. That premise - the fact that highly successful practitioners of the core functional areas in which we conduct search are the most well-qualified professionals to serve as psychological business partners with our clients. Why? Because first-hand knowledge, maturity, and experience within those disciplines are the core factors that allow us to provide exceptional counsel and assist our clients in minimizing hiring risk and maximizing the success rate of the talent.

Our vision for the decades to come is to continue to bring broad knowledge and insights to our clients, candidates and marketplace constituencies in an effort to exceed expectations of those who interact with us. We believe it is critical for us to maintain and foster our client corporations' high-quality reputations through our keen judgment and the counsel we provide them. In addition, we also believe that it is our continued corporate responsibility to provide equally as effective counsel to the professionals with whom we interact in their career navigation efforts.

Finally, as a firm, we will continue our efforts to influence the executive search community, corporations and their management teams, and professionals worldwide in terms of how they view executive search and its value to the success of industry and how they view human capital intellectually and in terms of their intangible assets.
