The Site's purpose is to provide information to such existing and potential clients and candidates about our services and about the searches we are conducting, and to gather information from candidates who would like to be considered for those and/or future searches. You may download or copy only information that relates to your own business or to searches for which you would like to be considered.

No right, title or interest in any downloaded or viewed Materials is transferred to anyone as a result of any such downloading or copying. You may not copy or reproduce (except as noted above), publish or post, publicly display or perform, transmit, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, sell or participate in any sale of, or exploit in any way other than as expressly permitted here any of the Materials, or the Site as a whole.

Venue And Personal Jurisdiction

You and we agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state courts of the County of Los Angeles, California, and/or federal courts of the California Central District, for the purpose of resolving disputes arising out of or connected to these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Site.
